New Project...
Well, have not posted here in quite some time by the looks of things :)
Decided to start teaching myself MySQL and a little PHP with the beginning of a new opensource project I call phpMyContacts. So far, with the help of a couple of good friends at work, I've gotten one of the core modules to work like it is supposed to. So now, onward and upward with the rest of the project.
Went to Ohio yesterday to take care of some personal business and ended up getting soaked at random intervals by rain. Back in Buffalo now and trying to enjoy the nice, cool, clear weather that we seem to be having today. Just wondering how much longer this awesome weather is going to last.
The boss will be back in town on Wednesday, which means I will be in at work at 3am to install some servers that he will be bringing back from Michigan. Plus I will be afforded the chance to meet another coworker that works out of our East Lansing, MI location (who is actually one of the guys that helped me with my contacts project a little ).
