He sighed, knowing he was going to regret saying this. But.. he'd regret keeping quiet more. Teyla was, without a doubt, his best friend and he didn't want them ever to grow this distant again.
"I want you to know you can talk to me, about this, or.. anything. Anytime," John said evenly, leaning in to kiss her temple before rising, holding out a hand for her.
