I set you ridding on a storm...
Well the oral surgery was a success infact the first part I did not feel at all but having the one Wisdom tooth that I felt a bit of pressure but I made it and still I have work to be done but all in good time. So after that I went to Linen and things and picked up ice cube trays so I can make smoothies and then to Win Dixie so I could some frozen fruits for smoothies as solids are off limits for a few days and I may take the time with this and move into a gradual juice fast as I have been doing those once in a while with Jason once in a while. Juice fasting is something that I admit takes dedication to do, I can only do them for about four days and then I'm done. While doing them I can say a lot of things are better from perception, clarity and focus to vivid dreams and so on down the line. I do them as a means of detox in lieu to water fasting which I disagree with because you are consuming no nutrition. The one thing that bothers me however is the fact that the only benefit pages I find on juice fasting or fasting in general are all xian oriented and have no scientific or biological in the now data that proves the physical benefits of such practices.
I know in Roy Walford's "Beyond the 120 Year Diet" dealing with Calorie Restriction Optimal Nutrition, he briefly goes over fasting in a couple paragraphs. I usually when going back on C.R.O.N I for first few weeks opt out of a lunch but due to anymore trying to hit the gym more I am supplementing protein smoothie like drinks in its place.
So anyway after getting home with my smoothie making gear, I do my protein smooothie and start surfing the internet looking at various pages and found some cool Silent Hill computer wall so I paper. So I swapped it out from my fjords I had up from the Norway region. And that inspired me to go back and start over playing "Silent Hill Origins" About that time I decided to go nap out until now to wake up and look at the 3 pm advisory for Gustav.
Again I am finding this funny as the storm has mutliple trajectories two take it here and or next to here similar to Katrina, the others are tx and a long shot to fla and one to Alabama... so right now its like the meteorological game of Rat race. So I am going to wait and see what happens.. Further note on that I am going to log off of here, and read more on PHP and MySQL and play some more "Silent Hill". I need it now as ppl are driving me bat shit fucking crazy about this fucking storm. I'm off now to decimate me some Zombies.....
but on a serious note, I know someone who a few years ago had a dream that involved a storm thats name began with a g or an m or N I wish I knew or could remember it... But I know earlier this year I did have some tripfantastical nightmares on hurricanes including one last week before gustav was named... hmmm

1 c frozen blueberries
some crushed ice. and blend
