Goals: to live as close to 'perfectly' as possible for 28 days. Get some of my gigantic todo list done. Stick to my new (expensive) coaches program religiously.
Same as the regular 28-day plan, I have points for Food, Water, Exercise, Posting/Journaling, and the Challenge.
Just to start off, here are Food and Water points. The other 3 I will outline later.
Water, 3 points:
2 points for 3L total fluid consumption
1 point for 1 cup extra per half hour exercise.
Food, 5 points:
1 point for fruit and veggies, more than 10 servings
1 point for keeping fat under 40g
1 point for getting protein over 100g
1 point for taking all my vitamins
1 point for eating some 'good fat', which I don't have to count towards my daily total.
I've been a little afraid of eating good fats like avocadoes, so I hope that the last rule will help me get more healthy fats in my diet.
