...AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAKE ME OUT TO DINNER!

Nov 01, 2005 11:59

Just sitting at work, typing through my lunch, updating all three of you who read this.

SprintPCS has shafted me, for the last time. (I will now, in all future endeavors, refer to SpringPCS as SprintPOS.) I paid them eighty bucks at the start of October. Last week, they shut off my phone. I coughed up another eighty bucks.

Today, they shut off my phone again, saying I owe them an ADDITIONAL $140. ...Let's do the math, here. In a month, if I pay that amount, I will have thrown out $300+ dollars. For a $60 phone-plan. THAT IS FIVE *FUCKING* TIMES WHAT I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY!!!!

Oh, I can pay it, don't get me wrong. Point I'm at right now, though...I'm not going to. Not right now. I'm trying to save up money to get my own place, and T-Mobile can offer me a plan with three times the Anytime minutes, for ten bucks less. (Plus, they're offering me a free phone that's comparable to the surprisingly nice phone I had to pay $250 for, a couple of years ago.) FOR FREE, BITCHES. (Even if they couldn't, Patrick works for T-Mobile and he's gonna go digging for a phone for me, anyway.)

On a relatively unrelated side-note, Geico has decided to terminate my car-insurance (about a month ago, now,) due to the fact that an electronic check that I wrote to them to pay for my insurance bounced, since the direct-deposit that my boss at Game Crazy promised me would go through....guess what? Didn't go through. So it bounced. (Well that, and about ten other things, which meant my 480 dollar paycheck netted me about 80 bucks in my hand, after all the overage fees were said and done.)

....This is getting frusterating, but I'll make it, I promise.

Just take it a day at a time.

Chris.

PS: I still miss you, but I think I'm supposed to. I'm sort of glad I still miss you.
