What can Elaine Belloc know of your character (the basic stats?)? He's Superman. It's pretty clear cut there, however he is from an AU, so it's like this - she can either imagine him to be like the DC mainstream Supes, ergo not quite get him, or she can read into his own canon. It might be easier, more canonical and more interesting - as I think Lucifer also imagines Clark is the Superman he's familiar with? - to go with the first of those.
Is there anything special she should keep a secret? (she wouldn't talk about things that make people uneasy) If she knows or discovers it, his being from an AU, since he's trying to pretend he's from Bruce's universe. His secret identity, obviously, and his weaknesses (even though everyone knows he's weak to Kryptonite etc.) That is not to say she isn't welcome to talk to Clark about things he has absolutely no clue about, hello BDDN, even if he has been informed of snatches of comicbook canon already.
In case your character is in real trouble, would you mind/want/need her as occasional Deus Ex Machina? (mostly for DC/Vertigo characters or those she personally befriends) Probably no, since if I get him in trouble it's completely intentional, but if I do I'll get onto it.
Bonus: Would you like a flying horse? I have a horse named Cloud. He can't fly.

Elaine won't really go around telling stuff or say "hi clark" (she's more subtle than Lucifer). She's not going to address stuff personal to him. She'll just benevolently 'watch over'. ♥

She could make Cloud fly for you. Supergirl wouldn't be the only one with sidekick flying horse!

Haa, it would be fine if she wanted to, Clark doesn't mind talking to people who know him if they're benevolent, though he still isn't entirely sure Lucifer does know him.

Poor Cloud. If he could fly it would do him a lot of good right now, seeing as he has his leg in a huge cast.

Ah! Also, like I said to Robin mun above, Elaine might approach some people to be her intermediaries when situations get out of control (she doesn't want to interfere directly). With the absence of demons/angels/the like, Clark would one of her choices if you would be up to it.
