Dear Yellow wallpaper women,
I have officially passed into the world of twilight madness. My days are filled with obsessing about Simon Amstell, Reading excessively and doing such mindless tasks as picking up prescriptions and taking out student insurance. My obsession with Simon Amstell has reached new peaks, last night I was up till 4 watching Never Mind the Buzzcocks and Popworld and reading reviews. When I went to sleep I dreamt I was making out with him up against the studio walls, and today I bought a ticket to see him in stand-up on the 28th October at the Lords Theatre in the Hay Market. Sigh. I have actually started seriously considering inventing a magazine and webpage in order to secure an interview. Good lord, what is wrong with me? I suspect it is a combination of cabin fever, sexual frustration and waiting for bloody university to start. I am going more bonkers than I think I ever have been, not only is Simon Amstell a celebrity with an unbelievably high IQ and whistle sharp wit, and therefore out of both my social circle and out of my league, but he is gay. Why are there no cute curly haired, Jewish, funny, skinny straight guys around? They are all either stupid, ugly, unfunny or arrogant. I'm definitely mad.
It has been too long waiting for University, I can't keep living the same for much longer, I need the change otherwise I will do something drastic and extremely stupid, I can just tell. Anyway, I should go to bed, here's hoping I dream of Simon Amstell again. I can't go on like this. Help?
Clawing the walls,
Athene
