Merry Christmas and more

Merry Christmas everyone (if you celebrate it... if not hopefully you are enjoying a quiet day tomorrow).  New Orleans was great and we had a day more than we expected (we got our wires crossed and thought the day to check out was Wed when in actuality it was Thursday... oooooops) so we spent that time visiting the St. Louis Basilica and wandering around the (much MUCH quieter than usual) French Quarter.  Christmas means the touristy areas are nearly dead and with weather too cold for most New Orleanians (it was 40s for the low and 60 for the high that day) it meant that we pretty much had Pedestrian Square to ourselves.  On our way out of town we picked up a couple of soft shell crab (frozen.  Hubby loves seafood.  Sadly we didn't find shrimp at the place we bought the crab as they were COMPLETELY out).  Today was an ordeal getting home though.  The town I grew up in saw a bunch of snow while we were up there and it was an ordeal in our new vehicle (a couple of those times I think hubby wished we had drove the truck up instead of our new Sonata).  We made it home without a scratch though so I can't complain.

I like this one especially because I have thought of stargate choreography a time or two (it never really gelled tbch).

Give some museums to charity.
Backup my dance regularly.
Spend less time on ballet.
Spend more time with my anniesjs.
Go to castle every Sunday.
