For some reason I've decided I would attempt the 12 Days challenge for the first time. Don't know what I'm going to do but I've chosen a fairly innocuous challenge post (Mistletoe) but I've made a decision that I'm going to write one of the more forgotten unis (i.e. either Fleischer cartoon based or LnC). We'll see how it goes.
How was everyone's thanksgiving? Good I hope! Hubby thought I seemed a little melancholy after it. I was but I wasn't 100% certain why other than if I hadn't had the miscarriage I would be less than a month away from having him or her.
My good Friday was actually kind of depressing. Here I was at a small museum and three people came in to buy items from out gift shop and curiosity shop (filled with donated antiques and collectibles) and two people walked away empty-handed (one because we only had one book left and we didn't have any more left) and the other because they were looking for a specific item that we used to have in our curiosity shop for her husband (cuff links for a formal concert with the university's Chorale Union which is partially community people) but we had already sold them. Neither of them wanted to visit the museum. It was rather depressing, really but I'm not certain I blame them, it's rather cold in the back half of the museum (our heaters aren't working).
