I missed out on Steampunk Day!

That was Jun 15th for people who didn't know what it was.  My sister LOVES that stuff.  While I sort of like it (I really enjoy things from the past for some reason whether they are out and out reenactors of the Civil War or ren faire enthusiasts like that at the St. Louis Renaissance Faire) my sister seems to have gotten a major passion for it.  this spring she went to the first annual Steampunk convention and this is the result of that.  It sounds like I've been recruited by her to help as cameragal the next time I'm up there for this stuff.  I however WILL be celebrating "Talk like a Pirate Day" (as long as I'm not at work, I can't imagine doing in front of anyone by my fellow employees and volunteers when I'm at the museum).
