With the moving, the changing rooms at daycare, and Austin ComicCon, Halloween sort of snuck up on us this year. Also, I just couldn’t come up with a good family costume that would “read well” (James, Lily, and Harry just doesn’t read without the scar and if James and Lily are alive then Harry wouldn’t have the scar…).

Was going to go out with Bubbles on Friday night, but george made me all cranky and crampy so I stayed in instead.

Saturday saw Aerith and I wandering to a few costume stores nearby to find costume pieces for me and to figure out a costume for him. Didn't buy anything but had some ideas.

Friday night lordaerith and I were supposed to go to a Haunted House, but we didn't because neither of us were feeling all that well. I watched most of Clueless, which I can quote every line.

Saturday we ran errands, went to the big mall, stopped by campus and ate at Mellow Mushroom, which has a really trippy interior and very good calzones ( Read more... )
