Dark Side of the Moon 5:16 Review

I haven't done an episode review in a long time and this episode was frakking heavy.

I have this insane hope that Sam will realize that he loves, loves, loves Dean and that his heaven does, in fact, include big brother. I also have a nervous sinking feeling in my belly, and it's tied to the amulet. Does the amulet symobolize Dean giving up on God, Sam's devotion and loyalty, or in himself?

Sigh.

This was a really Deancentric episode, yeah? His abandonment issues were really laid out for all to see.

I love Kurt Fuller and I truly enjoy hating Zachariah. He's like season 1 Meg. Evil and dedicated and clever as fuck. Makes me hate Ruby even more, simply because I never enjoyed hating her. I just hated her.

Poor Sam got a lot of emotional guilt shoved his way tonight, huh? If Dean wuvs hugs, I know a little brother who could probably use one...

I knew something was wrong when Pamela got all pro-Michael on Dean. Too paid advertisment, less wacky pyschic with a thing for Sam's sweet, sweet ass.

Rock music played while Dean wore his leather jacket and sat in the impala. Made me happy.

Wonder what Castiel will do now... he might also need one of those Dean hugs.

Wow, did Sam get the guilt this episode, Dean got emotionally trampled, and Zachariah made with the ick with Mary.

I don't think I like Heaven, if that was actually really Heaven and not Zachariah's wackadoo torture ride for Sam and Dean

It made me so sad that Dean already had practice covering for John before the fire hit the ceiling. That he knew their marriage was less than perfect.

I really, really hope Sam takes the amulet out of the trash.

I almost cried when wee!Sam danced in the fireworks. I still might.. At least that Sam got a hug.

I liked Joshua, and I kinda hope we see him again.

Ashland. Heh.

Ash. I lurve him. Was he real or a figment of Zachariah? It's probably really obvious to everyone but me...

God, I love this show.

spn, squeeing review
