Pics aren't great but you get the idea. We went with the "tree fort" look so it's very "raw" looking but it serves it's purpose. Katya (my daughter) and I have some toys to hang from the bottom for batting at and we are making pillows and such.

Very nice!
I've been wanting to make one of these forever. I plan on doing it then covering it with scrap carpet. Someday I'll get to do it once we have a larger place and have somewhere to put it.

And wouldn't you know it, now that you've gone out of your way to make them a cat fort, not one of the cats will actually *use* it. Especially not the scratching post. Why, when there's so much good furniture and carpeting to claw? ;-D

They do use it but I think they are still worried they aren't allowed so it's taking a bit. We put cat nip toys on it (hanging from the deck) so they are warming up to it. LOL

Pondering putting a "garden" on it with some cat grass and such.
