We still want to kill the legal department.
Not quite as many calls today about the unclaimed property letters (and we found out that about 5100 of those were sent out and basically wanted to crawl into a hole), though we found out we can technically blame the state of New York for not formatting the information the way we'd need in order to look people's cards up on the letters they sent out. So we are. Blaming them, that is.
Also a gift for someone who reads this showed up today. Not giving any more info because I'm evil.
