well, today went okay, worked with Pat later on, which I like doing. Not much of note happened until after she was gone. I went to customer service to get our reshops, and as I'm walking back I go past the bathrooms, as always, and this guy comes up to me, and he's like "Psst" so I'm thinking 'ok what do you want?' so he tells me "Go into the bathroom..." and inside my head I'm like "What the heck do you want me to do that for, you pervert?!" but I let him go because, I'm sure, he has a good reason for wanting that... yeah right, lol, but in this case he actually did. "There's a woman in there ripping open merchandise in her bag, see what you can say." Basically that's what he told me, so at this point, I'm like oh ok, thinking for a second he was a concerned customer who saw her go in, but then it occurs to me that he's security, like duh they don't wear vests, then, finally, he says, "We're security." Thanks a lot for mentioning that first!! So anyway, in addition to that headache that I already had, I'm now having a heart attack too from him freaking me out. So I sorta go in there not really knowing what I'm doing and there's already a woman from softlines in there, so I just crouched beside her and I didn't even know where I was looking but I didn't see or hear anything, but some other people did, I dunno, I finally escaped and went back to my department. When I came back to drop off my register bag, they were gone, I guess she came out and security was following her. So by the time I clocked out and started heading out, there was a cop car out front, but my mom was coming in to buy stuff, so before we left, I guess they grabbed her and threw her in the car and off she went under arrest. Good! I hate people who steal, that's so wrong. I wish I'd been there to see her face when they grabbed her though, thinking nobody knew what she was doing, so stupid. So good, she'll get what she deserves. And that's my story, lol.
