movies I've watched recently
Batman Begins *****
Yes, I loved this movie, as I may have mentioned before. Not a fandom I usually get into, but... Liam. Turned out to be a really good movie. Maybe I should have gotten the two-disc edition.
Run, Lola, Run ****
At least 4 stars, kinda hard to rate foreign movies, lol, maybe just give it another 1/2 just for the coolness of being foreign. It was pretty creative, very different, neat. Finally got to see what that was all about.
The Island ****
I was a little worried, but this movie turned out to be good. Interesting plot, smart and funny. Ewan got to be a goofball as usual, so that was a big plus.
Ringers ****1/2
Yup, the LOTR fan documentary. It was really good, very funny in parts. I actually almost cried from being reminded of all the excitement and how good the movies were and how great the books are. This was very well done. A lot of it was so very familiar from hanging around TORn for almost 3 years. It was good, lol, and Dom was a good and funny narrator.
