Sometimes I think dad's try to take the back seat. And some of them do it on purpose because they don't want to be involved. Some think they are too busy to be involved, that they have to be the bread winners and that's the most important role they play.
Dad's are VERY important! BE INVOLVED!
Dad's are role models, too! And they need to share in the responsibilities of parenting, not sit back and watch or sleep all day because they have to work long shifts.
