My posture sucks. This is a fact oft commented upon by my father, noticed by me in photos and, recently, pointed out to me by a woman on the tube: "You look fantastic, but my goodness, your back! Stop slouching!"
Now, I'm tall. Most of my friends are not and were not when I was growing up, so my shoulders round a little forwards and I do stoop. It's not a good look, then there's the health issue. My mum had awful back pain for a long time, and I know a couple of other people who do as well, it is not nice TM.

The Alexander Technique. Has anyone tried it and does it work?
