Note To Self: Choking
I just almost choked on an Echinacea pill. And to think those things are supposed to help keep me from getting sick and instead they're trying to kill me! It totally lodged itself in my throat and caused all the water I was trying to wash it down with and the pill itself to launch back up my throat. Thankfully, I knew what was happening and instead of gagging or coughing or anything else i caught everything in my mouth and hand and got to the sink before the floor was attacked by water and pill. So note to self: don't let pills get lodged in your throat.
