One of my clearest college-days memories of you was making banana bread together without eggs. (anann73 refused to have anything to do with it, on the grounds that she hates bananas, but she unwittingly had banana bread at her bridal shower and liked it).
Anyway, you're the kind of person who will not compromise your principles to get something you desire--you simply ignore convention and do things your own way and get what you want!
As I recall, the banana bread tasted good, but was crumbly, and could not be removed from the loaf pan. So we ate it from the middle with forks, or maybe spoons.
