This is what I fought through my mind-fog for today. As in putting together something coherent enough to not simply get binned by (one of) my MEP(s).
In short, "3 strikes and you're out" on downloading illegal content. No more internet connection for you. This might sound reasonable until you think about the burden of proof and all the shenanigans the RIAA has been up to in the USA. Do not for one moment think that this will be properly used.
And it's yet another example of such being tacked onto another bill at the last moment in an attempt to slip it in through the back door, i.e. without most of the people voting on it (that would be the MEPs) actually having even realised it's there.
