Cover Art
Okay, I'm getting ready to put a lot of stories up as cheap ebooks (once I can get the conversion hassle straightened out) but the next step is cover art. Since I can't afford to pay artists, then I've got to do this myself. PAINT, which came with the DELL, is so rudimentary it's pretty useless. I need a better program, but I can't afford the really spiffy packages. Anyone have any reccos for something that has a better range, but a more reasonable price?
