The normal gestation period for an LJ post: 9 months
It's been a while. In brief, my life is currently being consumed by the following things:
The Political Union (I have a gavel now!)
The Yale Symphony (we totally rocked Beethoven 9 to a packed hall of ~2,000 people last night)
Being a research assistant (for a visiting prof from South Africa, with the best accent, ever)
A nice boy (yup)
Trying to get to South Africa this summer (without paying for it)
