Navigating through a sea of information.

Location: The Library.
Time: The day after "Music Appreciation."
Characters: Elizabeth Swann, ...?
Public, Incomplete
Rating: PG, so far.
Summary: Elizabeth, in an attempt to educate herself poetically (a surprise for Charlie), heads to the library in hopes of finding adequate material.

Elizabeth was in awe at the size and organization of Aternaville's library. Of course, she was used to the limited availability of books in Port Royal. Her father's personal collection was limited to a few volumes of pirate lore, ancient political texts, and a copy of Shakespeare's sonnets.

This... this was magnificent.

She carefully examined the shadowy elegance of her surroundings, making sure to walk gently. Her boots were rather rugged, and she had a feeling that scuffing such well-maintained floors would not bode well for a potential relationship with any attending librarian. If there were any attending librarians, that is.

Poking her head around a series of tall shelves, Elizabeth could not seem to find anyone that might be able to help her. The books were all labeled with numbers and names, but she was having a terribly hard time navigating through these aisles and stacks. It was almost impossible to imagine that there were this many authors in the world.
