It was earlier than the proposed time for game-off. At least an hour before. But that was because Barney needed to make sure that things were going to go smoothly for this awesome little stunt. He had gone to a store and bought the same outfit twice. Red long-sleeve shirt, thermal, and a pair of jeans. Pft. Hadn't worn bluejeans in years. But there was a first time for everything! Barney was already in his outfit, and waiting for Billy to show up so they could coordinate.
