Moira had no clue what brought her to the burrito place. She needed to get out and couldn't decide where to eat. She stopped at the burrito place just because she was so exhausted from walking.
She moved to the left after ordering and waited for her food, and dropped her wallet. "Damn," she muttered, as she contemplated how best to pick up the wallet without falling or magickally without drawing attention to herself.
As the pretty young girl dropped her wallet, Sam didn't miss a beat.
"Here, let me get that for you," he offered, kneeling down and picking up the accessory. "Here you go." He stood, handing the wallet over with his winning smile.
"I'm Sam," he replied, smiling back. "You've got a beautiful accent. Irish, right?" Maybe it was the fact that the only person he'd spoken to for four days was Dean, but Sam was craving human contact, and Moira seemed friendly enough.
Neil was kind of hungry. But he hadn't really felt up to grocery shopping in the past few days and wasn't in the mood for any of the microwavable crap he had in the apartment.
It was a nice fall day, so Neil grabbed a sweater to put over his t-shirt and hit the Aternaville streets. The wind was brisk and he shoved his hands into his khaki pockets while he decided where to go.
Something a little different today would be good. Normally he'd probably just head to the coffee shop and find a baked good to eat, but he had a feeling the coffee shop would only remind him of Todd. And after all, this was supposed to be his 'new beginning,' right? Why not start with food?
Neil settled on the burrito place he'd never been to and pushed open the door. No wonder he'd never been in here. It wasn't exactly the picture of charming, was it?
Neil smiled when he saw the familiar face. Moira was Lulu's roommate, so he'd met her and talked to her a few times in passing but not much else. But she seemed to like him enough, and if her wave was an invitation to sit with her and the stranger she was with, Neil certainly wouldn't pass it up. He'd spent far too long pent up in his apartment like a hermit. He needed to meet new people, make new friends.
He waved back with a grin and ordered his food. After getting it and paying, he walked over to the table. "Hi," he said to Moira before glancing over at the man she was with. He seemed a little older than they were, and a little rugged. Definitely handsome. He held a hand out. "Hello, I'm Neil Perry. Don't think we've met."
Sam turned over his shoulder, eying the person who'd just entered the restaurant. He couldn't be over twenty. Probably in his late teens.
"No, we haven't," Sam replied, taking the hand of the younger man. "I'm Sam. It's good to meet you. I'm new in town and Moira was just telling me about an earthquake that happened here?"
Dean walked into the Burrito Burrow and looked around the place trying to find where Sam might be. He had heard other voices so he knew that he would be with a few other people. He spotted him and closed his cell walking towards the table.
He stood next to the table and smiled as he introduced himself.
"I'm Dean, I hope Sammy here hasn't told you anything to bad about me" he laughed.
"Hi," Moira said brightly. "Nothing bad yet, just that you and he came here together. I'm Moira."
She looked at Dean for a second longer than a normal person probably would, examining his aura.
Entirely human, mildly different than Sam, with as shining a heart as Sam's. However he had a bit of a fundamental difference from Sam. She couldn't place it, just that he was troubled. Her eyes were drawn to Dean's necklace. It was pulsing with magickal power.
"Well I have to say that I'm glad he hasn't talked to harshly of me" Dean smiled looking for a spot to sit. He looked to see where the first empty spot to sit was and took a seat joining them.
As Dean sat beside him, Sam smiled, looking across the table. "Uh, Dean, this is Neil," he introduced, still interested in what the pair had to say. "Moira was just telling me about a doctor in town who was apparently studying some crazy stuff that's been going on. Like how she's from the future and Neil here is from the 1950's."

"Oh, thank you, I'm half useless on these things. I'm Moira," said the Irish girl with a smile.

Still, it would be food.
