Haunted House!
Who: The People of Aternaville
What: Bod's "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" haunted house!
Where: Nokoru's House
When: Halloween! Starting around 7pm, most likely.
The posters had been up for over a week. Signs had gone up in any establishment willing to post them. Bod had even talked a few of the actors into putting on their "Harvest Festival" masquerade costumes and run about town promoting the haunted house. And it seemed like their efforts had paid off. The lantern-lit walkway up to Nokoru's estate was bustling with the curious citizens of Aternaville, who, with the promise of spooky Halloween entertainment and a reception featuring some famously good food, had turned out in droves.
Bod, watching everything from a monitor in the "control room"-- a sort of headquarters where he could survey the activity in the house and contact various crew members, keeping everything running smoothly. It had been Nokoru's idea, and a brilliant one at that; the boy had outfitted the room with everything he would need for the task, including warning lights that would tell him where his attention was needed, and a multi-channel comm system, so that he could clear the chatter to listen to important conversations. Nokoru himself had offered to help him keep track of everything, and Bod had gratefully accepted. The boy had a mind that wouldn't quit, and an amazing eye for detail.
Turning to the monitor, Bod clicked down and checked on the house exterior. The lanterns by the entryway were flickering brightly, and the staff outside seemed to be handling the crowds well, without a whole lot of visible stress. Satisfied that they wouldn't be needing additional help in the near future, he turned the monitor to watch what was happening in other areas of the house.

I won't keep track of who's in line first, so don't fight over it when we start actually threading the house portion! Each individual group should respond to the parent thread separately, so that their reactions and events stay together!
