Delirium had been gone for a while. To the youngest of the Oldest things, it felt like a moment. A dream of sorts. Because she was visiting Dream, of sorts. The wayward child went to find her siblings again and then forgot where she had been. It was Barnabas who reminded her of the small little town that was the logical balance between real and her world. Which was also real. Un real. One real. The redhead was laughing to herself, giggling at the play on words, when she watched a squirrel skitter by.

Forgetting Barnabas, and only thinking about that squirrel, the punked out looking teenager tore off after the animal. But what started as a run that was meant to give chase turned into instead a twirly-whirly sort of jumping and running. The movements stopped when the squirrel had, and soon Del was peeking from behind a tree to see what had the squirrel so entranced.

delirium, giselle
