Earth medicine wasn't really anything to write home about. The more Felix read, the more ambivalent he grew about the hopes, the dreams, the visions he had for Earth. Everyone had them, on Galactica. Streets paved with diamonds. Rivers that never went dry. Sunshine and warmth at all hours.
And yet they still used the same compounds for anti-depressants.
Felix grimaced at the bottle as he rolled it between his hands. He didn't make it a habit to self-medicate, always had a knack for smiling and seeing the better side of things.
He just wished the pain in his heart would go away.
