Inside the package is two vials.  In the first contains a memory of Harry's first birthday.  How happy James and Lily and Harry are is very apparent.  The second memory is that of when Lily and James found out she was pregnant with Harry.  It was almost nauseating how blissful the two of them were.

Also there is a note:
Happy birthday, darling.  I hope this year treats you well.

Behind the note is a picture of Lily, Teddy, and Harry.
