The Doctor stood outside under an umbrella, the pancakes falling all around him. Well, they were falling on him too. Well on his umbrella anyway, which strictly speaking, wasn't doing a very good job.
This was brilliant!
Snatching one from the air (Oooh chocolate chip!) he folded it over and let himself into the Mayor's mansion, grinning around a mouthful of pancake. Setting the umbrella by the door, the Doctor went in search of Mayor Saxon. He wasn't surprised to find him behind his desk, looking quite put out.
"You're missing out on some amazing pancakes," the Doctor said, flopping down on the couch in the Master's office.
