I keep having the same dream...

Well, essentially it's the same dream. It always takes place at the new parking deck at school. The first one was simply me running up and down the stairs to the different levels, keeping only to the stair well and ending up at landings that overlook the school. Then all of the rest of them (4 total now I believe) were like mazes. There were classrooms and things in the middle and the parking seemed to have disappeared. I keep running around, trying to find the stairs. But the only ones I find only either take me up or down a single level, and I'm forced to find another stairwell somewhere else in the maze. I think I'm trying to find the way to the last level so I can leave, but I'm so confused by the new building and it's layout that I can't find my way. And the people that try to help me, people I recognize, keep getting sidetracked by other people or other things going on in the classrooms, and I'm getting so frustrated. The last dream (the one I just woke up from) was slightly different because it was sort of a competition. My mom and I had gone to watch a game at the school and we got separated while walking back to the car, and for some reason once each of us got to the parking deck we could only go up, which wasn't a problem because we had parked up on one of the higher levels. But I could only find my way to the top, because none of the stairwells would let me go down any of the levels. Once I reached the top I was locked up there a long with everyone else, and we had to complete some sort of task before any of us could leave. Once the first task was done the stairs were opened and we had to somehow find our way back down, but there was the same issue as before (only being able to go one landing at a time per stairwell) and I was forced to find my way through the maze again. When I finally found my way down to the bottom I had to complete some other task that was proving quite impossible before I could leave, and my mom kept calling me pissed off and saying that I had left her on purpose.

Though I had no clue what these dreams could mean, as I'm typing I'm starting to glean some insight. But I'm curious, do any of you have any thoughts?
