I believe that life is a learning experience and that if something happens in it that moves you whether it be good or bad that sometimes it's good and wise to take the chance to learn from it.
Dug through journal until I found the relevant quote I was looking for. Originally a part of the entry that was about the Sean incident a long, long time ago but relevant again here today. Different lesson, and not related to Sean this time, but the message on life and learning still stands.
