Blizzard of '06
Yay, snow day! We haven't had one of these in a good three years! And probably one tomorrow, too.
(I wonder if they'll talk about this one the way they talk about the blizzard of '82. I'm glad to see actual snow flurries zooming around the side of the house; most blizzards I've seen just involve a calm sifting of snow straight downward. Where are those prairie blizzards of yore?)
...too bad it waited until the week before Christmas and didn't come during finals. ;)
