I haven't seen Narnia yet, but is a sequel already in production?
I'm gonna have to see it now.

I don't know anything about a sequel. I hope they make sequels, given the wonderful treatment this time around.
Yes, do go see it. Then you and Thought and I can babble about it together (he was surprised I'd gone to see it).

"Is-is he a man? asked Lucy.
"Aslan a man!" said Mr. Beaver sternly. "Certianly not! I tell you he is the King of the wood and the son of the great Emperor-beyond-the-Sea. Don't you know who is the King of Beasts? Aslan is a lion - the Lion, the great Lion."
and also the Emperor-the-Sea is mentioned when Jadis comes to negotioate with Aslan about Edmund.
Edmund isn't mentioned in the Father Christmas scene - perhaps you are thinking of Prince Caspian when the children find the treasure room? Peter (or someone) says that they have to take the gifts - referring of their gifts from Father Christmas and the narrator explains that Edmund has not gifts, but that is his own fault.
I agree with you about the waterfall scene and cutting out Giant Rumblebuffin. He was a funny character. And just seeing him as stone doesn't compensate. I kind of liked the bombing scene - it gave some needed context and next time I am going to pay more attention to how colors characterize the worlds.

Yes, I must be thinking of the Prince Caspian scene. Ah well.
The bombing was very cool--nice tactics. ;) But I like well-done war things. Peter and Susan seemed even more annoying than they were in the books, but I only ever liked Lucy anyway. ^_~
