Hahaha, that's understandable. Especially if you're partying and you're in a big group. I either prefer with family or small group of friends. :) Less chance of getting drunk and embarrassing yourself. :) My friend never lets me forget about what happened in Japan. ;;

It's better when everyone else in your group is trying to get drunk I think. Like when a friend of mine broke up with her bf, and all us single girls went out with her to get sake shots and bitch about men. :P

Yeah I had a date to watch the fireworks last year (it was pretty awesome), but was sadly single for the cusp of 2013. Oh, well.
