I have run into a bit of a problem RE his abilities/powers, which is, to be honest, a rather large headache when it comes to apping him. It's the section that we know the least of, to my knowledge.
Now, based on the other members of the 13 and what is known, they each have some sort of power that that is beyond that of normal transformers: IE Vector Prime's ability to manipulate space-time, Alpha Trion's ability to see possible outcomes of events via The Covenant of Primus and Nexus Prime's power to manipulate energon and rarefied energon.
Megatronus/The Fallen has the power to manipulate decay/entropy in a manner of speaking. We know that he is called the Warrior of Darkness, in contrast with Prima's own title, Warrior of Light. What we don't know, and what I suspect is that this title might have something to do with his powers.
Would it be ok to assume that he is able to control/manipulate light after a fasion? If it's not, I can just say that it never translated into a human form or something of the like. I also realise that this is completely conjecture that is based on what is known about the other members of the 13. Prima already has his sword, the Star Sabre, which is rather powerful itself (I am planning on nerfing that rather heavily), along with subspacing abilities.
