Calm before the blizzard
As as Frankie told us on Monday, we're due to a big blizzard tomorrow (Friday).
I took this through the window at work before my training class started. There was a lot of glare on the glass, so I applied crappy filter R to it to hide the reflection of my hand.
I attended training today for the project I've been working on since October. We've been asking and asking for a chance to observe users actually - you know - using our documentation, and this was sort of our shot at it. Sort of because they weren't following our directions, since the trainer walked them through it (sigh) but at least I got some useful feedback. Better than nothing, at least.
