Friday and Saturday were very good days.
After school Friday, Chandra and I went to help Claire with costume crew, but wound up spending most of the time hiding in costume racks. Then we went to Claire’s house and had good food for dinner, had a totally spontaneous whip cream fight, played clue, and watched singing in the rain. It was some of the most fun I’ve had since school started.
Saturday we went to the veterans for peace rally. We saw Woody and Zack there, and they asked what we were doing there and then said they didn’t think we were motivated enough to go to a peace rally. Not motivated enough. I have NO idea where they got that idea. We’ve been going to rallies and marches since as far back as I can remember. But anyway, after that, we went ice skating with Teresa and her doctor friend. Well, first we watched his hockey game, then had dinner, and then went ice skating. Then spent the night at her house.
Today is uneventfull. I have YRUU later, which I am not looking foreward to at all. Our church just doesn’t get the idea of youth empowerment. Adults run the whole stupid thing, and they made us vote on an activitie we’d do today, and they decided improve. That sounds like oodles of BOREDOM. Oh well. Con soon! But there could be a problem there…ack.
