102. Thoughts on some TV shows ...

Since I have the two pollings, I rarely post about anything else. Better change that. So I will post short thoughts of a few TV shows I watched lately.

This show was one that I was dying to see ever since I heard that Dana Delany got the part. What can I say, I am a sucker for crime shows with strong female characters. It's an interesting take on crime from medical examiner perspective. From the pilot, it feels more melancholy than the other crime shows. Maybe because of the background of Dana Delany's character. I think I will give this one a try.

I'll say this again and again, Sela Ward's Jo, makes the show way more interesting. I enjoyed her telling Mac about her daughter. Also the way she teased Mac about how he could be a good father. It was nice because nobody seemed to ask Mac about that before. Also it was fun to see Adam, Danny, and Lindsay playing around with the aging software

By the way, The Vampire Diaries's "Mason"!!

I forced myself to watch this because I was intrigued with the way they tackle the songs, plus I love Callie and Arizona (and Callie and Mark as best friends). Oh, gosh, it was HORRIBLE!! The way they made the songs in the middle of characters talking just made it uncomfortable to watch. I like listening to the dialogs but the songs made it awkward. And the way they sang "How to Save a Life"? BUTCHERED IT!!! Only Sara, Kevin, and Chandra had the good voice.

Nope, not going back to the show EVER ... oh, wait, maybe just to see Callie and Arizona tie the knot in May, though even then, I will fast-forward everything else.

As for American Idol; all I can say is Elton John's songs ROCK!! Suddenly I am wondering how the Glee kids handling his songs.

Will give myself a day to "rest" my brain. On Monday, I might have to write summaries of the project I did in Jakarta-Malang and send it to client. Luckily, it's only summary, maybe 2-3 pages in Word rather than full report/presentation

tv show: body of proof, tv show: csi:ny, tv show: grey's anatomy
