So I spent more time today, on Sunday, to watch more episodes of TV shows that I missed during my vacation. I still have more, since I do have a lot of TV shows to follow. Glad to know that I am saying goodbye to a couple of them next season. It'll be nice to try other new shows. But until autumn, I can't wait to see the summer shows. The highlights will be those from USA Network, of course: Burn Notice, White Collar, Royal Pains ... along with True Blood and personal favorite The Closer.
Okay, now my thoughts on some of the episodes I watched
There is not a doubt in me that Alicia will "win" the competition to be the junior associate recruited for Lockhart & Gardner. I don't think it'll be the last time of seeing Cary, though, and he might become a more powerful adversary outside the firm. I'm glad that Alan Cumming will be a series regular next season. Seeing Alicia making a deal with Eli is a good start for a juicy plot. I also wish to see more of Kalinda's life, outside of her being a brilliant investigator. She is an intriguing character
One, Justin jumping into Sarah (as she sleeps on the couch) - in a brotherly way -- and then tickling her feet. I LOVE this scene so much because it shows how comfortable the two actors are. Plus it's a sibling thing to do, you know? I've done it with my sister and she's with me. Just snuggle like that as one of us laying down. PLUS, it's so cute when she calls him "Boo Boo" later on in the episode.
Second, Kevin hugging Scotty from behind and put his cheek on Scotty's back. So comfortable *sigh*
Angela and Hodgins MARRIED!! YAY!! FINALLY, all is right in the Bones world *g*. The Gravedigger episode is an amazing one, an emotional roller-coaster for everybody and they all give AWESOME performances. I wish there are more of Cam as a plot next season. She's a great boss, a wonderful human being ... when she is inside Sweet's office, confessing how the case hurts "her people" and she feels that she should've been able to do something about it ... that is one great moment. As for Bones and Booth next season -- well, it seems that the partnership will sort of 'taking a break', isn't it? Honestly, it will be interesting to see
I still have more episodes to see of CSI, CSI New York, and Supernatural. As for the later, no matter what will happen in the finale, it'll be my parting episode. I will NOT watch this show again next season. It's been a wonderful five years but the whole Angel vs. Demon myth becomes tiresome as it drags on, and I'd better say farewell to the boys before I end up completely hating the show.
