2. Short TV review: No spoilers
Flash Forward: I guess I'm sold. I was worried when people said the pilot has LOST-esque to it, because I don't like Lost. But the pilot was great and it had cliff-hanger and mystery to unravel so I'd like to tune to next episode. Although, I have to admit that this kind of storyline seems working for 1 season only. What are they going to do for the next seasons anyway, induce another blackout?
The Good Wife: I think the judges will always be the highlight on this show. This week's judge was funny!! *g*. I'm still enjoying this, although I wish Julianna Margulies can somehow move on from her stoic, solemn facial expression and, I dunno, just smile and laugh more? Especially when she is among "friends", like Will and Kalinda
3. One show is dropped for this year's schedule
I decided that I WILL NOT continue watching The Mentalist. The truth is, that show lacks of charm/sizzle of characters (unlike Castle), the Red John case has never really been intense, and well, it doesn't give me new knowledge unlike CSI franchises. So bye bye Simon Baker
4. It's October and I'm nervous
Gosh, it's October already. Meaning that my sabbatical leave (and holiday) will start in about two weeks!!! While I have prepared the tickets and the money, I still have to think about the clothes I need to bring and finalize the itinerary of what I will be doing there. I'm SO FRICKIN' NERVOUS!! But once I do this trip, I figure it will be my own personal achievement. In the meantime, I need to tie up few loose ends in the office. Finish my reports before my sabbatical leave. Wish me luck!!!
5. Earthquake update
For those of you who hear about the earthquake, it happened in Sumatera. Which is a different island than the island where I live. So I'm okay. But my heart is out for those victims. It's happening more often, these days, the earthquakes. It has something to do with the impact of 2004 Tsunami, the tectonic plate in our country becomes rather unstable
