I get enough sleep at night (7 - 8 hours of sleep) but whenever I get up in the morning, I feel less energetic. I am a morning person. I usually wake up around 4.00 or 4.30 A.M. (because I need to do my morning prayer) -- sometimes I continue with watching a movie, sometimes I continue my reading. However, for the past two weeks, I cannot even open my eyes when the alarm rings. I tend to get back to bed and feel too lazy to wake up. It's not that I feel tired; just not motivated enough to wake up. I hope this is just a phase. Or just a hormonal problem.
I watched Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs last night. It was entertaining and funny. Though storywise, I still prefer the first movie.
