I just realized that this Tuesday, I will be quite relaxed at the office. I mean, sure, I have a couple of things to do for preparation of a new project that will start early May -- but in overall, I don't have any deadlines or rush requests that I have to meet. Really, it's pretty nice for a change. Last night, the meeting finished at 9 P.M.

I guess I feel the same about Robert. I like him, but nothing more. I think it's the acting, I sort of always expect him to lie, because I can't read the actor's expression, if it's genuine of not, like when Kitty called him to tell him they had a baby. He was on the plane and his laughter just sounded and looked fake. I don't know. But I like him still, and it was very painful to see him with the kid in the park.
But it's a bit harsh because he was pictured to be really distant from Kitty for a few episodes, hiding the campaign from her and after his heart attack, not caring about his family and putting politics first, and then with Kitty, how he just didn't let her in. and now all of the sudden you can see him try to connect, and bring the kid to the park -while it looked like he didn't do shit about the kid. I mean, sure he had a heart attack but let's not forget Kitty basically has to take care of a new born all by herself AND her sick husband and he doesn't even let her in. and he wants to do more, like, give conferences, do the opening of Nora's center, play wii with his kids despite his fragile health and yet he won't give his baby a bottle when Kitty is so clearly exhausted and needs a shower. and she has to go to her mother to have a little bit of rest.
I mean... be consistent. if you can't help with your own kid bc your health is weak, then don't do press conferences. that's all.

HAAAAA, I'm so glad!!! SO the actor who plays Tommy decided to quit ? AWESOME. Thank you so much for the info (sure it's a spoiler but I looked for it and who cares :D), i'm so glad.
I found it hard though that because Tommy is an ass, Julia has to suffer the consequences and leave everyone. I thought the diner and her speech were really touching, I might have gotten tear-eyed, but that's also because it reminds me of myself. But other than that, I don't really feel any connection with her. I love her face though and the way she talks, her mouth or teeth and voice, I don't know/

what did you think about chad ?
the dramatic kiss was fairly funny (esp. Sarah's face to it). I thought it was a funny "xtra" scene. so long as they don't put the character back in -I don't like him and I want scotty and kevin to last, I don't mind the funny bystory.

oh, yes, that was quite a hilarious scene actually, when they thought it was chad and it turned out to be sarah with an amazing hairdo :D

Robert and Kitty
Oh, I am not justifying Robert's action. I was upset with many of his decision, including running for governor behind Kitty's back AND tried to make Nora's center opening as his come back. I can totally understand Kitty's withdrawal. I really do. Even Sarah can see how Kitty is detaching herself from Robert. I even understand how Kitty's drawn to Alec. He is, in one way, better suits Kitty's needs at this moment than Roger

I, however, cannot justify how Kitty's kiss in the end of the episode. She already feels guilty when she knows Robert find out about her emotional affair, but then to go to Alec and kiss him. It's the kiss that I don't really agree on. AND, even if Robert is a jerk, he is always loyal to his wives. He IS very taken with his job and ambition, but when it comes to relationship, he sticks. That is how my sister and I see it anyway. BUT, I am not blaming Kitty in anyway.

You like Julia's mouth and teeth!? *g*. Well, Julia has never been a major character here ... but I still prefer her to Joe as one of the in-laws, or ex in-laws. I hope we can still see her in Seattle, working as teacher, making a call to Nora, something like that.

Chad, I agree, is a funny "xtra". At least it makes Kevin and Scotty realized they are better as monogamous, domesticated, married couple (I hope the writers are NOT messing with them next, really!). I prefer Chad to Jason (Robert's brother) -- but like you, I totally will not agree if he returns as recurring guest star. But OMG, that scene with Sarah's in front of the door was HILARIOUS. To be honest, that previous episode was pretty much hilarious :)
