086. CSI:NY 5.17 ...
OMG!!! I didn't care about the case because the best thing of the episode is the ending. Danny and Lindsay finally got married!!! OMG!!! *hand on heart*.
Sure, I read spoilers that they will get married before the season ends, but I didn't know that it would be on this episode. When I saw the "Wedding Ceremonies Must Have $25 Money Order" sign, I was like, they're getting married now?!? Then, of course, Danny made the proposal better the second time around, and Lindsay smiled and kissed him and replied with such cute answer, then Mac and Stella were there, cue to gorgeous music and one of the most beautiful montages in a TV episode that I've seen ever since, uhm, never?? *lol* ... and they're MARRIED!! I was cooing, "AWWWWW" throughout the end of this episode.
I know that Grissom and Sara reunited in final episode of William Petersen's appearance, but this is totally different, they're legally married and I hope D/L will be married throughout the show. The last time I was giddy with a marriage proposal and a wedding on a TV show was when Kevin asked Scotty to marry him *sigh*
Just a thought about the case, though: the blowing up scene in the beginning, a bit reminded me of one episode in CSI: Las Vegas S3 (?), when the lab blew up and Greg was injured. Maybe because this one also involved a "lab squint" (borrowing terms from Bones), Adam. Greg wasn't one of the CSI field back then ...
And I love the song, damn it!!
