Words cannot express how much I love this episode ... I already want to see it again.
Brothers & Sisters 3.10 - Just a Sliver
It is heartbreaking to hear about Elizabeth's condition -- she is only 2 years old and she needs transplant *cries*. I cannot imagine how Tommy and Julia must feel. Tommy especially, since he cannot do anything to save his daughter. For once, I feel for him -- he is not just a boring character, he is a father that is helpless.
How awesome is the writers decided that Kevin is the Dad? It helps resolve the situation of him and Tommy. And the hospital scene where he spoons Scotty is just too delicious to be true (no kiss, though, damn) ♥ ♥ ♥. I am in love with them even more. Then of course, there's Justin ... what a conflict he must feel. I'm sure deep down, he wants to be the father to Elizabeth as well. The scene of Nora talking to him is just well played. Also the scene where Kitty and Tommy talk ... oh, God, hand on heart. I want to bawl right there.
Oh, what a beautiful episode. What a wonderful, wonderful, episode. The scene where all of the Walkers (including the spouses, for such a rare occassion, they have all three ... Julia, Robert, and Scotty) having their Thanksgiving without the usual disaster. Plus they use "Duet" by Rachael Yamagata for the hospital scene when Kevin and Scotty are spooning.
This episode is just 10/10 for me. Personal favorite. Maybe my favorite episode this season so far.
I must continue writing my Christmas cards ... it's 6 PM already and I still have a whole stack. I want to continue watching CSI: New York so I must start writing them because I want to send them out tomorrow.
