Republic Of Tea Big Green Hojicha
I admit it. Lazy post after travelling. Today I was back at work and back to lots of tea. I think I was dehydrated. I’m really liking this Big Green Hojicha. It is an earthy green tea, at least it is when I steep it in my tumbler for so long. It has a strong roasted taste but it isn’t all you can pick up. The main green tea is still there and it is a nice change from my favourites. It really stands up to multiple infusions.
