There's a mutilated corpse in the alley near the stores on Ingles, not far from Brebo. It's... charred, burnt.

Who could have done this?

There's not much to go into detail with. There's just blood, and a burning corpse.

I can't see any. The blood looks dry, though I'm not going to tamper with it.
