Digital help needed.
Well, to start with, YAY!
My folks have finally agreed to buy me a digital camera(for my 21st birthday that happens to be on this sunday, the 19th :P). Problem is, the budget is between Rs 5,000 - 6,000. That is because they don't want me to buy a costlier one because this is the 1st digital cam, blah blah blah!*rolls eyes*
But I know I'll buy a better one next year, when I shall be hopefully be working around this time.
So here's what I need to know :Info about Digital camera models that should cost not more than Rs. 6,000. I do know that there are cameras around that price, but I really need solid opinions and info from the wonderful people out here before I go camera shopping *smiles sweetly*
I'd also appreciate other info about models that are higher in the price range, so that I can keep them in mind for when I am buying my 2nd camera. (basically your favourites)
