As always I'm late to the party but I KIND OF LOVE DRAGON AGE: ORIGINS because I get to play mary-sue. I still have a ton of the game to get through, apparently I've only explored 40% of the world and I've put almost 40 hours into the game. I blame it on side-quests, my ultimate weakness

I just started playing Dragon Age myself because my brother forced me to do it. I'm having the same problem with the romance. I have no idea who to go for, and I'm still figuring out how that's supposed to work. I like being friends with everyone! D:

Even tougher if you're the gift giving type! What I really like about the game is when some characters give you feedback on some of choices you make if they're in your party.

Oh man, when I got to one section of the game I picked a decision alistair didn't like. When we got back to camp he started screaming and yelling at me and I was like D: D: D: YOU'RE BREAKING MY HEART ALI

It was so surprising but so engaging!

... I really want to see that even though I don't like pissing Alistair off. I had to reload when I turned him down I felt so bad, and all my gift giving went to waste.

It's when you do Redcliff Castle? There's one of those "Well you can USE EVIL BLOOD MAGIC or you can CONSULT THE MAGES - but this is an emergency, you might not have time!"

And I, forgetting that this was a video game or something, was like "D: WE MIGHT NOT HAVE TIME, GUYS, DID YOU HEAR THAT? WE'LL DO THE EVIL MAGIC THINGIE"

And at the time Alistair was like "B-b-b-but" but I won the persuade check but THEN I WENT BACK TO CAMP AND HE WAS ALL "IT'S LIKE I DON'T EVEN KNOW YOU ANYMORE HOW COULD YOU DO THIS"

I felt so bad.

Ah, i went with the mages option, better consult youtube then. DAMN I MISSED THE DRAMA
